David and Ginny Kral are happily married and have mastered the elusive art of living and working together. Having intimate knowledge of each other's strengths and weaknesses, only the strengths are allowed in the workplace.
David's strengths are marketing, customer service, consultative sales, and interpersonal communication. Ginny's strengths are education, design, research, warmth, candor, and a tenacity to solve clients' problems and get the job done.
They both share one common love: the relationships with their clients. "For us, it is all about the relationships we develop as we serve our clients."
When asked, "what brought you to Washington?" He always answers "a '76 Audi Fox, I just got in the car and headed west". David lived in Walla Walla before moving to Spokane in 1995. During his 12 years in Walla Walla, he worked for Blaze King Industries in several capacities including; Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Director of Marketing. David graduated from Ohio University in 1974 with a degree in Interpersonal Communication.
Besides real estate, David loves the outdoors especially the view from behind a golf ball. His other interests include studying scripture, managing a stock portfolio, and waging war on pocket gophers.
Ginny grew up in the Snohomish Valley on a large dairy farm where her family sold the dairy products through Walt's Milk House drive-ins. She grew up feeding calves, milking cows, and driving tractors on the 1000 acre farm.
Ginny attended WSU and graduated from the U of W with a BS in Medical Technology. She worked at the Mason Clinic in Seattle as a Medical Technologist. She received her teaching certificate in Biology/Chemistry and Masters Degree in Earth Science education. She taught middle school science at both Omak Middle School and Sacajawea Middle School for 21 years. She received many awards for her teaching including Washington Science Teacher of the Year. She also coached school teams which received local, regional, and national recognition. Her teams won competitions at the national level for both Bayer/NSF 'Make a Difference', and Toshiba 'ExploraVision' competitions.
Ginny is also multi-talented in the arts. Her stained glass adorns many windows, her quilts grace many beds, her paintings accentuate many walls, and the music she plays on our baby-grand piano always pleases me.
We both appreciate what Spokane has to offer. We live on 5, very productive acres in the Glenrose area on the east side of the south hill. We grow organic fruits and vegetables which we love sharing with clients, family, and friends. David is past president of his Rotary Club and we are both are involved in ministry at Faith Bible Church.
We are very blessed in that most of our children and all of our grandchildren live in Spokane.

We love our profession. It is an opportunity to be involved in people's lives at a time of great significance. Transition is stressful. Most of the time buying and selling property stems from the desire to move to a better situation.
Unfortunately, some of the time a traumatic event has precipitated the need for change and moving on is part of the grieving and healing process. We are blessed with a great faith that allows us to be a part of that healing.
The greatest reward for us is being a part of your life.
